The “Action Habit”

I read an article this morning, 7 Ways to Grow the Action Habit and realized that so many people always tend to keep their ideas inside for fear of being shot down or feeling that they’re just a waste of time.
So you feel that you have a really good idea, whether it be for the company that you work for or life in general. What do you do about it? Do you share it with your boss? To you take action on implementing your idea in your life? Ideas are always great no matter the situation … but it only becomes valuable after they’ve been implemented.
“One average idea that’s been put into action is more valuable than a dozen brilliant ideas that you’re saving for “some other day” or the “right opportunity”.”
If you strongly believe in your idea, do something about it. Regardless if your idea may not be the right solution/fix/time now, that doesn’t mean that it won’t be implemented at another time. Taking that first step is always the hardest for just about anything in life that is outside of your comfort zone. However, once you take that first step you feel a sense of accomplishment and confidence and the next steps become easier and easier. Share your ideas, implement your ideas…take that step to see just how far they can go!
